STUDIO POLICIES

 
 

We have a 12-hour cancellation policy for all group classes.  Clients with any class package forfeit their class credit. Out of respect for our instructor's time and energy and due to the limitations of our space, we strictly enforce this policy.

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy for all 1:1 private sessions. Clients are forfeit their session credit for no-shows. Out of respect for our instructor's time and energy and due to the limitations of our space, we strictly enforce this policy. please manage your reservation online at least 24 hours before the start of your session or text your instructor within this time period (texting cancellations ok for private sessions only). 

All cancellation requests or schedule changes received via email are invalid. To avoid these penalties, please manage your reservation online at least 24 hours before the start of your class or session. 

Grip socks are required for all group classes and privates. No socks? No problem! We sell grip socks at the studio for $20.

Please arrive on time. We suggest arriving at least 5 minutes early for a smooth check-in experience. If you are absent by the time class starts, you will be marked as a no-show, and your spot may be given to a standby student. This is to ensure client safety and limit interruptions. Class credits will not be refunded.

Monthly Memberships. By signing up for a Monthly Membership, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions outlined below.

All Memberships automatically renew monthly until canceled online. Cancellation requests cannot be made after the monthly payment has been processed. All sales are final. No refunds.

Membership Freeze. Members may request to freeze their auto-renewing membership for up to 30 days within a billing cycle. Email requests to info@pilates.com.


AUTO-RENEWING MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP TERMS + CONDITIONS

This Automatic Recurring Payment Agreement (the "Agreement") is a contract between you and Pilates Ten to set up automatic recurring payments for your selected membership (the "Monthly Membership").

All Monthly Memberships offered by Pilates Ten automatically renew monthly until canceled online. By signing up for an auto-renewing Monthly Membership, you are agreeing to automatic recurring payments for your selected membership (the "Monthly Membership").

Your membership (the "Monthly Membership") begins when you electronically sign and accept this Agreement.


You will not receive advance notice of this monthly payment (the "Monthly Amount"). Your Monthly Amount will be automatically charged to your specified payment method on or around the effective date of this Agreement unless membership (the "Monthly Membership") is prepaid in full and will continue until your Monthly Membership is canceled online. All Monthly Memberships require a valid credit or debit card to be on file at all times.

The system automatically schedules re-runs when a membership (the “Monthly Membership”) renewal payment fails. The member will lose access to their Monthly Membership if all payment re-runs fail. In addition, any future bookings and appointments made with the membership (the "Monthly Membership") are automatically canceled.

AGREEING TO THE AUTO-RENEWING MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP TERMS + CONDITIONS

I acknowledge and understand the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

I authorize Pilates Ten to charge the required monthly amount to my specified Payment Method.

By providing my payment information (“Payment Method”), I am agreeing to automatic recurring payments until I cancel my membership.
