FAQs
What is a Sound Bath?
A Sound Bath is a therapeutic experience where an instructor plays musical instruments to relax the body and calm the mind. In a Sound Bath, participants lay down and listen to various sounds with closed eyes. Typical sound bath instruments include gongs, crystal singing bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, ocean/wave drums, and chimes. A Sound Bath can help you reach a state of relaxation, inner connection, alleviate stress and/or promote healing.
What should I bring?
We suggest you bring a blanket and wear comfortable clothing including socks. A mat will be provided for you to rest upon. If you wish to enhance your experience, you are welcome to bring a pillow for comfort and an eye mask or towel to cover your eyes.
New to Sound Baths?
